Our Experienced Cooks prepare Mouthwatering Tuscan Dishes daily, so as to ensure the utmost freshness: Home-Made Pasta with delicious, different sauces like Pappardelle with Duck, Pici with Garlic&Tomato, Ravioli with Spinach&Ricotta Cheese or with Truffles, but also with Boar Sauce, Mushrooms, or Bolognese. Our Soups’ selection also includes Onion Soup and the worldwide famous Tuscan Ribollita, made with Bread and Veggies.
For the last 35 years we have been buying our meat from the same butcher, a source that we trust and that ensures the best quality meat in town. Every day, our Menu includes Bistecca alla Fiorentina, Selection of Grilled Meat, Stracotto alla Chiantigiana, Roasted Meat, Chine of Pork with different side dishes like Cannellini Beans, Spinach, Fresh Salad, Roasted Potatoes and Season Fresh Mushrooms.
Last but not least, our Dessert selection is the heaven on earth for dessert lovers: Tiramisù, Panna Cotta, Zuppa Inglese, Cantuccini (the real Biscotti), and Ice Cream.
Upon request, we prepare special dishes like Mushroom/Spelt Soup for guests with specific needs like those suffering of coeliac disease, or Pecorino and Parmigiano Cheese as well as an array of other delicious dishes to accommodate our Vegetarian guests.
All products are accompanied by a Local Extravirgin Olive Oil and Wines produced in the area of Chianti Classico.
